Missing Address Bar

I have a machine that cannot get the address bar to show
up at all. When I check View - Toolbars the address bar
is checked and there is no indication of it anywhere. Is
there a way to get this back????

Try to maximize the window, then verify that View->Toolbars->Lock the
Toolbars is unchecked. You should be able to see the address bar, then drag
it to your desired position.
