My TD build reports missing 328310_user32dll missing (among other 328310
files)
Where can I find the update containing these files

When you install this QFE (328310):
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...41-064b-48e4-9c34-d0b3198170fd&DisplayLang=en, make sure the files
are copied to Repository.
Also, make sure you install Q811279 QFE first.
