MIssed kzaztv.exe

It is in the system32 folder - don't know what it is but it ir real nasty.
Had a hell of a time killing the process. When I killed it it would
restart and MSAS would warn of a attempted CoolWebSearch install. Is
there someplace I can submit this?

Could you please compress the file to, name it sample.zip, password
protect it, send the file, and the password [] to my email address ?
Will get it to MS.
