missed a birthday on my list how do insert it

i am making a list of birthday dates and have missed one out how do i insert
it without deleting all my other dates hope you understand what i am trying
to do.

Click on the cell where you want the missed date to go, then click
Insert/Cells from the menu bar, pick Shift Cells Down and click the OK
button. All the dates from the cell you picked downward will all be shifted
down to make room for your missed date.

Or you might want to do Insert | Row in case you have other information in
other columns (like name) that you want to keep with the dates.
