Pat

i just want to share a set of files to transfer to
another computer VIA a direct paralelle cable,

the problem is that i'm trying to connect a laptop with
windows XP pro to a desktop running windows 98 S/E.
i think i have the network connected propperly because it
seems to be connected just fine. my problem is that i
need to figgure out how to share files and folders or
even just the hard drive contents of both computers.

i've tried to do file and print sharing and everything
that the tutorials tell me to. the tutorials seem to have
some things labelled differently than the tabs in windows

does anyone think they can help me out?

ciao Pat
