mIRC Options pop-up window

I have Windows Server 2000, and when I boot up, I get a
pop-up screen that says "mIRC Options". It is a pop-up
screen that wants me to log onto an IRC server.

I do not use this service, nor want it. I just want the
pop-up screen to not happen upon booting.

I have checked in my program files, and there is no
reference to this program (no reference in the add/delete
in the control panel). There were some entries that
referred to it in the registry, and I deleted those, but,
it didn't make the pop-up screen go away.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
