Minutes and Seconds

I exported a spreadsheet that contains mm:ss (1:10), but
when I pull it up in Excel it shows 70. Like it added
the minutes and seconds. How can I convert this back to
look like 1:10?

Thanks

put 86400 in an empty cell, copy it, select the imports, do edit>paste
special and select divide.
Format custom as [mm]:ss or regular format hh:mm:ss which will return
00:01:10
