This Message comes up when I try saving my 2003 Excel document, currently using 2007 Excel, but due to Macros and alot of Links I kept the files in 2003. But i recieve this message, what does it mean please,
MINOR LOSS OF FIDELITY
Some formula's in this workbook are linked to other workbooks that are closed. When these formulas are recalculated in earlier versions of excel, without opening the linked workbooks, characters beyond the 255 character limit cannot be returned.

It is Excel 2007's way of telling you that you'll
lose some features (e.g., certain types of Conditional Formatting) if you
save a 2007 workbook down to a older format such as 2003 or 1997.
