Minolta Scan Dual IV/Vuescan...best software?

What works best, the Minolta Software or Vuescan with this scanner? I'm
just setting up...what should I start out with? I have Vuescan 7.6.74.

I believe you need to upgrade your Vuescan. My understanding is that
Vuescan didn't add support for the IV until 7.6.80

I've upgraded VueScan to 7.6.80 and it support the SD IV. The Minolta
Software is easier to use, but Vuescan give me more output options and the
quality is close but I'm still 'toying' with it
