I have a Minolta PageWorks L Color printer that has a bad printer
controller card. I've been told that the card is not available. I'm
pretty sure it is the card, as communication breaks down after a
minute of warm up between the computer and printer. If I place the
card in the freezer for about 10 minutes and then reinstall it, it
works for one page and then communication ceases again. If someone can
help me either with card from a discarded machine, that they know the
card is good or a place that can reasonable repair the card, I sure
would appreciate it. I've only printed out 3019 pages from this
printer even though I've had it for a long time. The drum has about
300 pages on it, as I had to replace that not too long ago as well. I
haven't gotten much service from this printer, but hate to throw it
away with so little use.
