Minolta Magicolor 2300W Color Profile for WinXP

Can anyone tell me where to obtain a Minolta Magicolor 2300W Color
Profile for WinXP?

I just installed a 2350en, the icm and icc profiles were on the
included driver installation cd and after the install on xp there were
available for selection in the printer properties setup. Otherwise,

From the readme.txt:
Color profiles--During installation, ICC profiles
are automatically installed in both the Color and
Windows/system32/spool/drivers/32x86/3/
directories.

Although the .ICC files are there, attempting to manually select them
from the printer Properties/Color Management tab/Manual radio
button/Add dialog results in an error message indicating that the
2300W does not support CYMK profile ...

WTF?
