A 233MHz processor and 64MB of RAM.

These are the official minimums, but be aware that performance
with 233MHz and 64MB will be terrible. I would never recommend
that anybody try to run XP with such a low-powered machine. More
realistic specs are around 350MHz and 256MB. Even that won't give
good performance, but you might find it acceptable.
