Minimizing Outlook Express XP to sys tray

I have see a way to change the registry to make Outlook
express minimize to the systray. I am running XP home,
and after following there instructions it won't work,
there registry address is't there. Can anyone help me in

and will outlook still download email's automaticly if
it's minimized to the systray?

I'm sure Outlook will download emails. As for minimizing Outlook Express to
systray -- I don't know. I wouldn't be so sure that it's even possible.
