minimized windows disappearing

Whenever I minimize or open up another window the older
window or the one that i minimized disappears. I shows up
in the taskbar however that is the only way that i can
look at them again.

So basically whenever a window is minimized it looks as
if it is going to the bottom then it is nowhere to be
seen. I have been searching for some sort of option to
turn this off but have not found anything.

Can anyone help. this has gotted so annoying.

That is what it suppose to do. if u want to see 2 windows
at same time then click the "Un-maximize" button instead,
the on between Minimize and Close.
