Minimized window does not open anymore

Hi
After minmizing a windows, it appaers in the taskbar. However, I can't open it with my mouse anymore. Nothing happens if I right or left click on the icon. I have to use Alt-tab to reopen it

Why and what can I do

Restore the Taskbar to Default and/or Programs aren't minimized to the
Taskbar.
