I am having trouble getting Karen's Replicator to minimize to the
System Tray. On previous machines it has always done that. My current
machine is a WXP SP2; previous machines have been WXP SP2 and W2K SP4.

As an aside, does anyone know if SyncBack runs as a service or as an
application? I am considering replacing Replicator and wonder if this
program is better.

Settings
Edit job (or New job)
Tick the option for sys tray.

As an application as far as I am aware. I use it but not as a
background process. For backing up I find it to be excellent.

Allows you to minimize windows in the tray area on
taskbar by clicking right mouse button on the window's
minimize box
