Minimal AD Privelages

I have a few instances where a device/program needs to
access LDAP for email directory information and one of
them is a copier. Instead of using an account with full
admin privelages I want to create an account just for
this purpose with limited privelages. What access would
an account need to be able to query LDAP?

Read, since Authenticated users have read, you can create an account without
assign any privileges
