Does anyone know the use of (and the source of the value for) the Mini UID
value in the registry key for an Outlook 2002 or 2003 account? I want to set
up accounts programatically, and everything else looks fairly obvious.

The specific registry value is:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging
Subsystem\Profiles\<profile name>\
9375CFF0413111d3B88A00104B2A6676\<account number>\Mini UID
