Mini Player Toolbar....Removal !!

I hate the mini toolbar....how can i minimize media player
and not have the mini toolbar show up at the bottom of the
screen.
I tried the "Help Menu" and that was a run around....no
help.

Right click on the task bar, select toolbars then remove the tick next to
windows media player
