MigWiz folder pops onto the screen on boot

A folder called 'MigWiz' pops onto the screen when I boot up the computer.
It's contained in another folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft. I recently
installed the Belkin Easy Transfer software to move files to my Vista
machine, then uninstalled it. What the heck is this, and how do I get rid of

It might have been created by the Belkin Sofware. Have you asked their
tech support? Have you tried to delete it?
