Mazamorra
"Receta"
La Mazamorra, Aunque no es tan popular como el mangu es tambien parte del
desayuno traditional de los Dominicanos. Es una excelente opcion para los
que observan una dieta Baja de carbohidratos.
Ingredientes:
1lb. De auyama (calabaza)
6 Cucharadas de Mantequilla
Sal
~Cebolla Salteada (Opcional)
1 Cebolla roja grande
2 Cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1 Cucharadita de vinagre de frutas

Preparacion:
~Hierve el auyama en agua a la que has agregado 2 cucharaditas de sal hasta
que esten muy tiernos. Retire del fuego y haz pure agregado la mantequilla y
agua hasta que esten muy suaves.
2.~Para preparar la cebolla salteada corta la cebolla in tiras o ruedas
finas. Saldealas a sobre la Mazamorra.
3.~Sirve caliente acompanado de huevos fritos a hervidos.
