Migration from Outlook to windows mail?

I Bougot a new PC witz vista. I need now to migrate emails from previous
messaging system ( Outlook with .dbx mail format) to my new created windows
mail messaging system (.eml format). As well mye adressa book. Somebody
knows how to to do It?
