Migration from outlook 2000 to xp

Hi all

We have, at the office, migrated from office 2000 to xp. Upon trying to
start outlook, after the migration and import of the old pst files,
Outlook
comes up with "the file \(path to pst)\xxx.pst, was not properly shut
down,
and will ber examined for problems. (something like that - we speak
Danish,
hence it might not be perfectly correct translation).
Then the machine halts for 30 min. -This happens upon every outlook-start
for a lot of out users.
What could be causing this?

You should never import PST files. You will corrupt your profile.
