Migrating user profiles from Workgroups to AD remotely

I have several (10) users in a remote office that are
running Windows2K on their machines, they are not part of
a domain (using workgroups) and I just created a child
domain on a DC in their office, so #1 - I need to migrate
their machines from the standalone workgroups to the new
domain and #2 - I would preferably like to migrate their
user profiles for them as well.

Is this possible? Thanks in advance.
 
Log them on to the domain, log on as local administrator and use Copy
Profile function in Control Panel/System/Profiles tab.
