migrating to Access 2002 from Access 97/98

We need to migrate our existing Access 97/98 databases to Access 2002 due to the fact that our department is migrating to Server 2003 and Windows XP. Our database is not large enough to be ported over to SQL (and the increase cost involved) so we want to migrate over to Access2002.
Where can I find information as to the steps involved and the pitfalls associated with this endeavour? I have tried searching in Microsoft, and have not been successful.

The first step I do on something like this is to install the new Access
version and try to open a copy of the database. Sometimes it just converts
cleanly, sometimes not. :)

I just recently moved a 2.0 db over to 2000 in about 20 minutes.

Obsolete or unsupported code will be the biggest pitfall, but most 97 code
should carry over.
