Migrating programs from Win98 computer to XP computer?

I have 2 computers, one using Win98 and the other using XP. They are both
connected to a wireless router and are run simultaneously.. I would like to
move a couple of programs from the 98 machine to the XP machine. I believe
they will be compatible with XP.

Are there any utilities/programs that will do this, with or without the
router involved?

Suggestions will be appreciated.

You'll have to find the original installation media for
your programs and then install them on your Windows
XP computer.
