Migrating local users from one stand alone machine to another

I am trying to migrate 850+ user accounts from a W2k box to a W2k3 box. They
are in the DMZ, although I could make them a member of a workgroup if needed.
I am concerned about the SID's as I am also migrating the data to the new
server. Anyone have any ideas?
 
I can't see how make them a member of a workgroup could impact anything as
workgroups have nothing to do with security - only network browsing. The RK
tool addusers may be of help in migrating your user accounts though it will
not migrate passwords. --- Steve
