Migrating from Aol mail to microsoft mail....Question

I would like to be able to download A COPY of my aol mail to microsoft mail
on my laptop while I'm on the road. My family must be able to access the
mail on aol while home. Otherwise I am the only one able to view our email
while on the road. Is it possible to reteive a copy from my aol account?

Set Windows Mail to leave the messages on the server after downloading on
your laptop. Then you can read and even reply, but the messages will still
be there for the family on you home machine.

No problem. AOL uses IMAP, which doesn't delete a message from the
server until you delete that message in your email program.
Use these email setup instructions:
http://postmaster.aol.com/imap/express.html

Those instructions are for Outlook Express, but Windows Mail uses
the same settings.
