Migrate Users from win2k to win2k

Hello,

I have a win2k standalone server that has hundreds of
users on it. I am configuring an new server to take its
place - also win2k server. I would like to migrate the
users from the old standalone server to the new
standalone server. Please advise on how I can accomplish
this. Thanks in advance for any help!

The Server Reskit Supplement one, $49 at www.jsiinc.com/catalog/rk.htm
has assusers.exe that can dump the user id and groups to a csv file
and import them on another server.

Permcopy can copy share permissions.
Robocpy can copy the files and permissions.
SubInAcl can set ownership

NTBackup can backup your entire server and restore to the new server.
