Migrate NT to 2000 Domain Controller

We have purchased a new W2K server to replace our NT
server which is the primary domain controller. We are
looking for some advice on the best way to setup the new
W2K box as the PDC. How can we get the account info from
the NT box to W2k box and then promote the W2K to the PDC.

A third method would be to remove Win 2k from the new server, install NT 4.0
on it as a BDC while connected to your existing network, promote to PDC then
upgrade to Win 2k.
