migrate.exe - Entry point not found (during SP2 update)

Toward the end of the SP2 update, it stopped and gave me the error msg in my
subject line. The error msg then said "The procedure entry point GetIUMS
could not be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL". I ended up
having to restart to get out of the error msg. I then uninstalled the SP2 and
did a system restore. Any help on this error msg would be extremely helpful.
