MIDI files on web sites

elemar

I have FrontPage 2000, and recently created links of MIDI
files from my music software (Music Publisher 5) to my web
site. I checked the MIDIs from within FrontPage before
publishing on the Web, and they worked. But the links are
broken when I go to my web site via the Internet.

Can this be fixed via FrontPage 2000? If so, how? Or, is
this a web host issue? (I went to web host help and
couldn't find anything.

Thanks.

You need to import the files to a location in the web and then link to them and then republish.

upload the MIDI files to your web server (?) make sure the paths are correct.
the links are broken because they don't match what was on your computer....or the
files are missing on the sever.

Try importing the midi files into the web and then recalculate hyperlinks then
republish all files.
