Dear Mr or Madam
how can I change the default colour of the blank document
the pages in word or other office porgram is white when you are working with
them can I have some changes in the settings to view these pages in other
colours.

The Window Color in the Display Settings controls the paper color in Word.
Note that the color does not print.

Depending on the version of Office and Windows you are using, it's in the
Control Panel - Display Settings
