So glad you stopped by the newsgroups to help out by offering your valuable
services, but we'd prefer if you didn't expose your real E-mail address,
street address or phone number in the newsgroups. Not only would we hate
for you to receive conspicuous ads for things that aren't the topic of these
newsgroups, Access databases, it's just not a good idea. You see, spammers
scour the newsgroups daily, harvesting E-mail addresses, so you can expect
to receive some unwanted messages in your Inbox fairly soon. And _anyone_
can read your street address and stop by for an unexpected visit to make you
an offer you can't refuse, or call your phone number every night while
you're having dinner to try to sell you a beachfront condo in the middle of
Lake Pontchartrain, where downtown New Orleans used to be.
