Microsoft Works Task Launcher

My husband just recently upgraded the computer or something and somehow
or another he deleted the Microsoft Works Task Launcher. Is there any
way that I can download it or get it back some way?
 
Reinstall Works from the original media, any future posts on the subject
should be directed to the Works group.
