How can I reload microsoft word without the cd I bought?

You can't. You have to have an installation CD to install the
application.

If it was a retail license and you have proof of purchase:

Do you have your license key, also know as the product key? It's a 25
character alpha numeric key. If you have the key, call Microsoft
Customer Service and order another CD. They'll send you another for a
small fee plus shipping handling. No key...? You'll probably have
to purchase another copy or use a free alternative:
