Microsoft Word

Does anyone know how to restore the toolbar in Word? The
ruler is the only thing at the top of the application. I
have tried to drag down to restore it and I have tried to
right click on it as well. Any help is appreciated.

have you tried verify? right click on the icon and click
on verify

Goto " VIEW " and then to toolbars. choose the options
you want there.
