Microsoft word

Wrong newsgroup for the question. This is for MS Access, the database
program.

However, open Word. highlight all your paragraph and select the Column icon
on the tool bar, select the two or more columns.

I believe there may also be a template, if not in your version of Word, at
least out on the Micrsosoft site.
