Microsoft Word window is partially off-screen when maxmized

This came up out of nowhere. I clicked the maximize button from Microsoft
Word and the window is set partially off-screen so that I can see part of my
desktop wallpaper. Does anyone know how to fix this issue
 
The immediate fix is to restart either MS Word or reboot the computer that is
having the issue. I have not found a permanent solution to this problem at
this time.
