Microsoft Word document can't be found in an e-mail.

I've attached a Word Document in an e-mail, but when I try to open the
document in this e-mail, I get this message:

This file could not be found
Try one or more of the following
* Check the spelling of the name of the document
* Try a different file name
(C:\...\ZRPBJ50W\Filename[1].doc)

Why did it add a "[1]" at the end of the filename? When I go back to
Microsoft Word, the document opens. I'm unsure if it's a problem with
Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Word.

Please let me know what you suggest.

Thanks,
Laura

Clear your SecureTemp folder and try again. You can find your folder by
going to this registry key where 11.0 stands for Outlook 2003, 10.0 for
Outlook 2002/XP,etc

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Security
