Microsoft Word - Certificate

After my computer crashed I had to reinstall word but it won't accept the 25
digit code number I have. The dialogue box asks for a number of a yelloe
sticker on the CD jewell case. I do not have this number here I have a 25
digit number on the booklet that came with the computer. If anybody can help
I'd be most appreciative.
 
You bought a preinstalled version of XP and office. You should have, or be
able to buy from the seller, CD's that reinstall the software.
