MIcrosoft Word and Other Software

My HP computer came loaded with Microsoft software.
Microsoft Word is the program I use almost exclusively
for word processing. Since the Blaster Worm, it seems
that Microsoft Word and other Microsoft programs are no
longer available to me. Is there something I can do to
restore them to my computer?

Assuming that you have the CD-ROMs, and you should, for the software, a
reinstallation might well be indicated.

You should have separate CDs for applications and possibly individual CDs
for programs like MS Office or MS Word. Run the setup and select the Repair
option.

Was your system infected by the Blaster worm? If yes and you want to double
check that the worm has been cleaned up properly, check out the tool on
