to download a free version of microsoft word 2000
(original one, I have window 2000 professional) if all

Word 2000 has been discontinued and no large Microsoft products are
available for free or for download. You would have to buy Word 2003.

Or check out EBAY for an older version -- you can sometimes pick up copies
there --- but you want to communicate with the seller that the previous
installation has been "uninstalled" to meet Microsoft's license obligations.
Also be sure they include the documentation necessary (key codes and such)
or you'll be stuck!
