Microsoft windows update error

I cannoy update. The scan flashes 100% very quickly and
displays the error message Send error number to
Microsoft (0x800A138F). Is thi my computer or the
microsoft web site?

Hi Sam,

0x800A138F is ageneric error, we need something more specific.

Open Windows Explorer to C:\Windows and locate the windowsupdate.log scroll
to the bottom and look at the last error codes. Post back with that they
are.

Update the scripting engine.

and get version 5.6 and install it.
