Microsoft Windows Script

Hi, i am having trouble locating the program,

Microsoft Windows Script and following this
Microsoft Script component wizard.

I know how to get to it using Windows 2000, but the
problem is with Windows XP.

How do i get to this program, and is it already installed
in the XP edition?

can anyone help......

yes i have downloaded it form the MS website, and have

also successfullt installed it on my PC.
however i cant seem to find it nor be able to run it.
where has it installed to & how do i go about opening
windows script?
