Microsoft Windows Network Computers

I have a problem when i'm trying to find computers under the:
My Network Places -> Entire Network -> Microsoft Windows Network -> "Domain"
Sometimes this shows the other network computers sometimes it doesn't.

All pcs ping each other and if I use \\computername, in the address bar of
the explorer, this shows the shared folders.

But the users in my company need to access computers and folders that way,
and I can't find out why this happens

When you say "Sometimes this shows the other network computers sometimes it
doesn't.", this is quite likely a browser conflict.

Please provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each computer, so we
can diagnose the problem. Read this article, and linked articles, and follow
