Microsoft wav files

I've somehow deleted the microsoft wav files that are used for warnings etc.
I've empty the recycle bin. Have tried a recovery tool but they could not be
recovered (PC Tools). Where can I download the relevant files?

Simply install xp cd,select browse cd,go to search,type: .WAV
In results,copy the files.Or install xp cd,exit the info page,go to run,
type:cmd In cmd type:Sfc /Scannow When its thru type:CHKDSK C: /F
Agree,type:EXIT Remove cd,restart pc
