I was given this software mailed directly from Microsoft and I get a package
with the sticker of product key attached to a plastic. I go to the part
where it says product key and it says invalid. So I try to go to support
page when your first 2 attempts for help is free- i type the product key in
order for assistance and it says its invalid. So i am unable to be assisted
and got my free help wasted. So what am I suppose to do now?

Are you sure of the characters in the license key. 1's not L's, Zero's
not Oh's? Etc. Golly I've had to even zoom in with a magnifying
glass to see the diff between 2's and Z's or 5's or S's. Wouldn't life
be nice if everyone used font's that were clear and definitive!!?!
