Microsoft Updates

I have had three failed attempts on my automatic updates for Microsoft.NET
Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1

Also Windows Genuine Advantage Notification (KB905474)

Because of this I cannot install new program from Microsoft bought yesterday

Hi Cheryl,

Make sure that your Anti-Virus Background Scanning is disabled, before
installing any program or updates.
