Microsoft project import export template

I can't the template from excel that allows for importing emaill address and
names into MS project. The MS project Inside and Out 2002 ( by Stover)
states that there should be a template. Can't find it online as well.
 
I have never heard of it, you might want to try to contact the book publisher
